If your jewelry arrives broken or becomes damaged within one week of delivery, we’re happy to repair it free of charge — just reach out to us right away.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Connie’s Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your handcrafted jewelry, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process.
We accept returns within two weeks of delivery for unworn items in their original condition. If there are any issues with your jewelry due to shipping or craftsmanship within the first week, we will gladly fix it at no cost. Please contact us before returning any items so we can assist you promptly.
